Chakor Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced, result-oriented & motivated individual for the position of Sr.Manager Sales at our landmark luxury office project based in Islamabad. Candidates with Real Estate management experience are encouraged to apply Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Marketing/Sales from a reputable University
• Minimum 10 years of experience with proven Sales & Outreach experience with Leading Developers
• Self-Motivated, Innovative, and an Initiator
• Proficiency in English with excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Tech Savvy & extensive knowledge of Social Media forums

Responsibilities:

• Detailed Research and Recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Develop & Deliver Sales & Outreach Strategy & align Marketing Campaigns with Sales Activities.
• Lead the Sales Team to create campaigns with High conversions.
• Maximize YOY revenue and provide customer satisfaction with target-oriented performance.
• Develop a strong brand presence in the market.
• Identify Sales opportunities by understanding investors’ requirements, industry patterns, and competitor’s strength as well as their weaknesses.
• Forecasting business growth and establishing a target audience to increase market share.
• Plan and ensure effective implementation of PR, advertising (ATL, OOH and Digital) and align with Marketing Deptt. for Direct Marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
• Develop a detailed understanding of the objectives & marketing needs to increase sales.
• Develop a content marketing plan for the company to improve reach and brand recognition.
• Collect and Analyze Information to prepare data and sales report
• Work in coordination with all departments for maximum progressive output and reporting to Higher Management.
• In coordination with Marketing Team, Organize & Represent Conventions, Expos, Trade Shows, and Conferences; prepare post-event reports and analysis
